Fabulous diving and staff work really hard to create a genuine family atmosphere
Positive: Had such a great stay at LPN in Cozumel - the receptionist (although really she seemed to run the joint 😂) Dominique was SO amazing and helped me out with recommendations and even gave me a lift to a sunset bar on her scooter when she couldn't find a taxi available for me! Yes the rooms were large and clean, the water was hot, the beds were comfy but more importantly, LPN does such a good job in creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where guests just start chatting in the common area or have beers up on the roof if they want to or just hang out by themselves in a hammock reading. To give just one example of how it started to feel like a family after only one night - after we came back from the dive, the support staff were all having a staff lunch in the common area and I ended up being invited to join them for lunch and to get to know the support staff and their family which was so lovely! One of my most communal stays in Mexico!
Now onto the dive organised by LPN - honestly one of my top dives ever. They were thoughtful and careful (assigned me a 1:1 instructor since it was my first dive in a while and he was so fun) and my instructor was incredible - he seemed to have eyes in the back of his head and pointed out so much marine life that noone else in the bigger group got to see!
Negative: My only two downsides to LPN (wouldn't stop me staying there again though!) would be that my particular room was just off the common area with little soundproofing and so was fairly hard to sleep in in the morning because of the people up and about for the morning's dives (which I was on, so that was fine but if I had not been on the dive it would have been an early wakeup). Also, the location of LPN is fairly far out of town into the residential area of Cozumel so you either need a car or a scooter or to be okay waiting for taxis to get places. If you're genuinely only there for dives, that's fine but if you're wanting to go to sunset bars or cafes for breakfast, you'll need a form of transport.

Positive: En general las instalaciones son cómodas, personal amable, hubieron algunos inconvenientes y entendemos pero no fue agradable no poder bañarse antes de dormir cuando vienes de una carrera todo sudado y con ganas de echarse un baño, sin embargo volvería a hospedarme
Negative: No tuvimos agua para bañarnos y aunque se reportó nadie nos pudo solucionar, al día siguiente nos comentaron que tenían problemas con la cisterna, el agua de la piscina estaba un poco turbia

Positive: Muy tranquilo, 😊 y me gustó la parte de la cocina, 😃 puedes dejar tus bebidas en el Refri , o cocinar. Esta super! Bien por eso!! Y puedes rentar scooter ahí mismo sin salir del lugar, pero fue difícil de encontrar taxis.,:( volveré pronto. Muchas gracias 😌🫂

Superbe séjour à la perle noire.
Positive: établissement super au calme très confortable.
Stephanie était aux petits soins pour nous vraiment trop gentille. Une superbe rencontre avec Charlotte qui nous a fait découvrir sur 2 plongées la barriere de corail. Monitrice très professionnelle et très agréable.
Negative: Rien.
