Insgesamt Super Positive: unkomplizierter Check-in, herzlicher Empfang und freundliches Personal. Die Hauskatze Sparrow hat uns jeden Tag empfangen 😃 Tolle Gemeinschaftsküche und super Dachterrasse. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Unsere 6 Tauchgänge auf Cozumel mit euch waren fabelhaft. Empfehlenswert! Negative: nur ein Paar Kleinigkeiten: Eher laute Umgebung (Fenster nicht schalldicht), lange Wartezeit für warmes Wasser und geringer Druck. Vielleicht kleine Renovierungsarbeiten notwendig (wackeliger Wasserhahn, Wände könnten frisch gestrichen werden), Kühlschrank im Zimmer etwas laut

Hyper plaisant Positive: L'accueil et les bons conseils d'Emmanuelle. La cuisine partagée est super bien équipée. L'atmosphère du lieu est exceptionnelle et dans l'esprit de la perle noire. L'établissement est bien situé pour éviter le front de mer beaucoup plus bruyant. Possibilité de louer des scooters, voiture et vélos, ultra pratique. Et la présence de Sparow, le chat, est un PLUS. 😁 Negative: Rien

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved our stay at La Perle Noire! Positive: La Perle Noire has an amazing atmosphere — one of those places where you instantly feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful, and always around if you needed anything. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The shared kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and we really appreciated the free water and coffee available all day. The whole property is kept beautifully clean — the cleaner was there throughout the day — and it really shows. The location is brilliant too: very close to everything. There’s a cheap laundry place around the corner, scooters available to rent on site, and they organise lots of excursions, which makes exploring the island so easy. We hired a scooter and got around the whole island without any fuss. There’s a lovely little pool downstairs with a great mix of people of all ages and a gorgeous rooftop terrace with a barbecue that guests can use. The vibe is just perfect — relaxed, friendly, and welcoming. One of our highlights was Sparrow, the adorable resident cat, who likes to wander in for cuddles whenever he feels like it! The property also provides a really helpful information booklet with tips on where to eat, local taxi contacts, and everything you need to get around Cozumel. Overall, this place is clean, cosy, incredibly well-run, and full of great people. We’re so glad we chose to stay here — highly recommend! Negative: Nothing at all.

Muy cordial la atención y disposición. Positive: Excelente lugar y muy buena atención, tiene espacio suficiente para un grupo familiar. Esta ubicado en un sector muy tranquilo de Cozumel!! Negative: Todo excelente.
