💎 Captain’s Cabin – Barbe Noire

Feel at home at this hidden gem! 😊 Positive: La Perle Noire is an absolute gem on Cozumel. We were welcomed very warmly by Emmanuelle who makes great efforts to meet the guests’ needs and to make them feel comfortable. She showed us the common kitchen area where you can make yourself a coffee and get water for free. She also organizes various activities and trips like snorkelling, diving or rental beach cars for road trips on the island - which I highly recommend, and diving with them was also great! The rooms are clean and spacious, especially the one upstairs with its own rooftop terrace. Last but not least, don’t miss out on meeting Sparrow, the friendly house cat! Negative: The only minor downside is perhaps the slightly remote location, but that didn't really matter because there are enough restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a bakery within walking distance.

Positive: Logement très agréable, grand lit confortable, chambre climatisée, grande salle de bain et piscine. Tout est très propre et de l’eau potable est mise à disposition. Negative: Légèrement excentré.

Great hostel 20 minute walk from the centre of town Positive: Great hostel with good amenities, clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful owners who really went above and beyond. Rooms were clean with a mini fridge and air conditioning. There was a communal kitchen with a shared fridge and cooking equipment was provided. Would highly recommend for a hostel style hotel on a budget.

Positive: we loved it! we even extended our stay. everything was perfect! very clean room, lovely details everywhere (free coffee, water) well organized diving trips which were amazing! you can rent a scooter there. good and well equipped, clean kitchen area. lovely cat! Emmanuelle was just amazing, she really makes this place a home!! Negative: -nothing it was perfect!

Estuvimos bien a gusto! Positive: Habitacion y baño amplio. Todo muy limpio. Anfitrion muy amable y siempre al pendiente. Es un lugar principalmente para divers pero aunque fuimos por otro motivo estuvimos bien a gusto. Negative: Me gusto' todo.
